    Hello to sim-fans. I am new here so i got one question. When creating a new region i follow the instructions - creating a new folder, placing config.bmp there, then in SC4 pushing ctrl-alt-shift-r, choosing jpg and.. Seems like the game starts to create a region but suddenly quits, and that's it. I retried several times with some more jpg's but the same there. Don't know what to do. Help, i want Saint Petersburg! =)) Thanks!
