The reason NVIDIA is probably limiting their keys to 18+ is because of COPA (Children's Online Privacy Act) regs. Since you have to give personal information like your email and name to get a key, NVIDIA is probably choosing to stay away from any marketing to children controversy (real or perceived). Adam
