lol awesome, what i love about the buildings is they all fit with the small lowwise skyline, still are preety modern, and look great while at the sametime serving the purpose of being a hq, or a company office, ect. Now with the realestate office, sotre, warehouse ext i think it should try and be in a general location, i think a good location is near my highway developments/medical center area.

Also Officall Statement as Utility Comissioner. -I feel at this time all power, water, and garbage needs are taken care of, we have a good amount of power and water that still isnt used, and garbage is being taken care of. The Wind farm is going great, the solar stations are at top effiecency, the pumps are doing great, so far there is really nothing major to comment on. Now as far as oilville go, it is also most likly in the same state , with power, and water being taken care of. and my real estate/ development company is getting closer to choosing building's for offices, though there wont be as many as Vsnb.

hmmmmmm the planning for dealing with this storm is much better then katrina, much much better. It's just sad that you have to have a city being destroyed to get infanstructer and planning toned up.

the thing is at this point is there really a need for a airport, sure a landing strip, and even now as we expand into toher tiles land mabey secured for future airport needs, but at this point i think the shipping industry, with ships, and ferry's serve us just as good as any airport could.

simcity 4 did alot of goodthings, but has many things it needed to improve on. Random crashing was one, the limitations of pathfinding, and traffic in your cities, how abbandoment was handled, mroe of a regional play concept, and even looks, buildings in simcity 4 wearnt really much to scale, and some of them wearnt very realistic, and then transportation wise simcity 4 was limited in so many ways. the sad thing is once all these are solved olny new ones will form ><

sweet, dtp i really dont know how you keep up with all this. Though i think if anylanding strip should be built it should be built out of tile, where there is more space for any expansion, and away from from any future developments for a good amount of time.

the elections dont start for more then 15 days, though niminations will probably have begun within 15 days.

Supercity if anyone would propose a airport it would be dot or dtp, and besides dot just said it would be better out of tile. And that interchange is very out of whack. And besides that your street layout for some of your developments dont take into consideration already proposed developments. and dtp, i believe with iamccman's development i proposed residential development, or did you include that? im loosing my train of though

But we dont need to replace it, we could actually start compition Archean: i dont know how much evidence i have to give, but that building was, is, and will always be the virgin shores bank hq. timemaster: garbage dock? well there is a garbage shipping favulity just north of the restort, so i dont know what dock your talking about but it really dosent matter, as long as all the garbage needs are meet accordingly.

it wasent in virgin shores if you reread, it was actually in Mr. Monorail Man's cj, so they were going to have a memorial in virgin shores. BBut really this is all about virgin shores, so let's keep it that way. Also dtp can i see a garbage map to see how much virgin shores in handling? or if we need a expansion of shipping.

hmmm it's not really a issue, though i see that it can help virgin shores get more park space, but over 200,000 people coming to a memorial for 450 is a little excessive.....i mean i can understand a couple thousand, even 20,000 seeing as the whole town was evacuated and those people could have been important people, but 200,000 is over bored. And i think if all my developments get put into action were going to need more graphs for traffic, and health and education, and power and water usage. Seeing as these developments would really grow the town.

I dont really care about borderlines and everything, can the proposals be merged somehow? since both are for the benifit of virgin shores About the grid, again it's all up to dtp, any street layout could be choosen.
