That's all Ive found as well. Looks like we think alike. It would be nice if someone created some more lots just for this purpose. I like what you have done with the industrial kits ~ thanks for the ideas. Here is what I did with PEG's rtk3 kit. https://www.simtropolis.com/idealbb/files//Glen%20HarborSFB01.jpg align=baseline>

What a nice clean layout! Looks like a great place to live! Great job on the sloping of bridges and road grades. More gamers need to improve on this. Way too many 30-40% grades out there in CJ land. Your port is amazing. Thanks for the inspiration.

Your rural areas look awesome! Very realistic. Now I want to get started on mine. Thanks for the inspiration.

Just thought I would update my progress with utilizing the NAM ~ don't know why I did not download it long ago. Having dial up access does'nt help much. Any way here is how the above section turned out. I am really pleased with the look. https://www.simtropolis.com/idealbb/files//GlenHarborTrans05.jpg align=baseline> https://www.simtropolis.com/idealbb/files//GlenHarborTrans06.jpg align=baseline> -

Date: 6/3/2005 5:15:19 PM Author: your_adress_here MasterPlanMan, I love that first pic! Thanks. I finally downloaded the NAM today so my rail networks are going to take on a more realistic look with less tunneling and extensive use of the road over rail bridge. I discovered you can sink the rail a bit to flatten out the bridges a little ~ making them look a bit more realistic without the hump look. Now I need to find a station to fit the road pattern. Looks like a dual track station might fit nicely with the tracks merging after and before each station. https://www.simtropolis.com/idealbb/files//GlenHarborTrans04.jpg align=baseline> -

Its tough for me because I am still just a dial-upper. I also felt a bit guilty because I have not donated yet. Gonna send out a check soon though!

I try to get creative with my trans networks in all my cities. Here are a few shots from 3 of my cities. https://www.simtropolis.com/idealbb/files//Glen%20HarborTrans01.jpg align=baseline> https://www.simtropolis.com/idealbb/files//Glen%20HarborTrans02.jpg align=baseline> https://www.simtropolis.com/idealbb/files//GlenHarborTrans03.jpg align=baseline> https://www.simtropolis.com/idealbb/files//BedfordTrans01.jpg align=baseline> https://www.simtropolis.com/idealbb/files//New%20VegasTrans01.jpg align=baseline> -
I really have not posted a whole lot, ~ but I figered now is about time I started getting more active. I have some pretty nice looking cities with some nice transportation networks. Here is a shot of my New Vegas riverfront area ~ a nice mix of commercial and residential high rises. Used the cash park and super demand mod to get things terra-formed and looking the way I wanted. Also dozed and utilized the make historical option to keep and obtain certain buildings. Not much in the way of plopping. Its a medium sized city of 143,000 or so. Hope you guys dig it. Thanx to the STEX crew for all the awesome BATs. I have had little trouble with getting the growables going. I might add a few more shots as I am new to taking pics. https://www.simtropolis.com/idealbb/files//NewVegas01.jpg width=750 align=baseline> https://www.simtropolis.com/idealbb/files//New%20Vegas02.jpg align=baseline>
