  1. I would love an In-N-Out Burger!
  2. The Burning Question Thread

I plan on doing the same, so plunk down the money and let me know how it works.................................
  3. Disappearing Cities

I had that same problem that was caused by using accented characters in the city's name.
  4. CitiesXL Preparation!

If it works on Fusion, I'll buy it too.

"Statutory rape is hardly a crime against the State. Murder, yes. Treason, yes. Burglary, no. Assault, no. Rape, no. Domestic Abuse, no. Keep in mind that you are focused on types of crime completely outside what this thread is discussing." (Barbarosa) Statutory rapes is not a crime against the state. Drugging and raping a thirteen year old child is. As are rape and domestic abuse. The victims do not have to press charges or even testify against their assaulters- that doesn't help the prosecutors but it is not necessary in California. Rape victims in general never want to relive the pain of their victimization, which is why you and I must be legally responsible to go after their attackers ourselves. If we didn't then crooks could lay low for a while and either bribe or coerce their victims into "not pressing charges," and thus be immune.

Give him a wig, a pink tutu and throw him with the violent predators. This kind of animal needs justice. Even if his victim "forgave" him, the law does not. We need to continue to send a message that no matter what, certain kinds of crimes will always come back to haunt you.
  7. NHP Kansas City Metro Missouri & Kansas By blade2k5

you are a wizard, sir! or madame!
  8. Screenshots (Pre-Release)

I dont really understand the negative comments about this game. I do recognize some obvious visual flaws, but this is still stunningly beautiful.
  9. Cities XL not for Mac?

How does it work on Fusion or Bootcamp?
  10. BP Makes "Giant" Oil Find in Gulf of Mexico

Prices are coming down in the bay area (that's geo-centrist talk for the San Francisco Bay Area). Today gas only cost one arm and half of a leg.
  11. A history of San Paso

Your stuff always is amazing. Keep it up
  12. Tall office buildings makes workers feel alienated. That's why Sears moved out of their tower for an office park. I don't know about the hirise living, tho.
  13. The Region of Marquette Bay

I'm changing your name to Michelangelo. Excellent sculpting skills.
  14. Schulmania

Your avatar or whatever the icon is called is great!
  15. Growth problem

Do you got rewards? I usually hit a wall and then one fine day go through the rewards menu only to find I have a zoo or a few cemeteries to put in.
  16. Do we really need a SC5 at this point?

I've wondered lately if user-created content games make for lazy game developers. EA (for example, not picking on any one tyrannical developer) could save a lot of money and develop a half ass game and let the users, like say this community, "correct" their mistakes.
  17. The residential one-way streets in Chicago etc. are usually more narrow than in the game. Plus my traffic never warrants one-way streets, which bugs me a little.
  18. The Region of Marquette Bay

Aaahh inspiration! Can you post a transportation map?
  19. Communist Monument

That is one "motherland" of a tomb stone to communism!
  20. NHP Map Catalog

Santa Maria looks great. I ran around there for a while and it's amazing to see the geography from this angle.
  21. NHP Map Catalog

Are you planning on Santa Maria/Nipomo?
  22. NHP Ventura-Oxnard Ca By blade2k5 and papab2000

(that's a compliment by the way)
  23. NHP Ventura-Oxnard Ca By blade2k5 and papab2000

It's so weird to see something so familiar rendered for a game...
  24. Intersection vs. (NAM) Roundabout

How do one-way roads affect all this? And I've lived with 17 people in a five bedroom/3 bath house. It was like Kowloon.
  25. La Ciudad: A medium sized southwest city

This is fantastic, well up to par with the Liberty series (1+2). The photoshopping is splendid. More maps... your drive map above looks pretty damn good.
