Just watched Alone In The Dark...coincidentally while I was alone in the dark It makes the second time I can think of that I have watched on one of my friends suggestions and the second time I was horribly disappointed. AITD was predictable, had horrible acting, and a terrible and uninteresting soundtrack. Still, nothing will ever be worse than Pathfinder.

Leah City Stadium, which recently hosted a major event as part of the Simlympic Torch Relay, is to be completely redeveloped. The stadium, as well as the neighbouring hotel are to be demolished and replaced with a new larger and state-of-the-art stadium. The site before being demolished. The size of this super-block can really be seen here during the early days of the new stadium's construction. The new 51,000 seater stadium which also features a closable roof. GreekMan: Thanks a lot. jacquliina: Thanks. art128: Thank you. pipishere: Thanks. aiumkastarkius: Thanks, I appreciate it. elemented9: Thanks, I'm glad you think so.

I found the NYC subway fantastic...but then again I come from a city with minimal rail transport so maybe I'm easily impressed. In anyway, I found getting around very easy, as was finding where you are. it seemed that wherever you wanted to go, there was a station within walking distance. -
To celebrate the official opening os Illian Simlympic Park and to try and increase his dwindling support from citizens, King Donaill has declared that a large domestic sporting event shall take place. The National Games are intended to be a yearly event that any amateur can qualify for. Qualifications where held around the country and the best came to compete in Illian The opening ceremony took place in Illian Simlympic Stadium A new metro station also recently opened in the heart of the Simlympic Park to accommodate spectators Overall, the games were a huge popularity, but were only a temporary distraction from the country's worsening political crisis

Anora is a northern city of medium size in Paranor Island. It is home to a thriving financial sector and also has many cultural and historical landarks. The Anora Docklands is the city's biggest project which involved the purchase and redeveloping of the old Anora Port. The redevelopment was financed by the government and run by the Anora Docklands Authority. The area is very close to the what used to be the city's Central Business District, but is now known as Old Town.

More turbulent times in Paranor as the the monarchy continues to fight for more control of the country's citizens. Republican leader Stewart Johnson this week again called on the the powers that be to put an end to their ''tyrannical campaign'' and start moving towards a democracy. Staying here under an alias at the Stardust Hotel in Killeshan, Johnson was declared ''an outlaw and terrorist'' by the Minister for Justice, Lord Jackson. Lord Jackson blamed Johnson for the death of King Alfred as well as other militant incidents. In reply, Johnson declared his wish to have a peaceful move towards democracy but said paramilitary action by his group may be inevitable. Johnson, followed by supporters from Killeshan organized a protest outside of the Civic Offices. Although the protest turned violent when police and army arrived, Johnson escaped to fight another day.

In a shocking move today, King Donaill has dissolved the Parliament of the KPI. Some may argue that events have been steadily moving in this direction, with increasing support for republican groups among citizens, but nobody speculated events accelerating this quickly. While little or no information has reached the people of Paranor Island about this event, it has been widely reported in foreign media. World leaders are now waiting to see what the next move by King Donaill will be and will he acknowledge the situation is happening. Not many countries are expected to criticize the King, as he technically has all power in Paranor, only letting Parliament run the country on his behalf.

I partly redesigned the Leah Political District duringthe week so thought it was a good time to make/move around some of the government departments, so here they are Firstly, just a pic of the Parliament Building with the redesigned park in front

Some sports news from the KPI. Oh, the SCRUB thread isn't actually available just yet but it will be soon

Now you may remember from way back on page 1 I had a newspaper article about the proposed upgrade of the headquarters of the Paranor Worker's Union. Well here it is, after some small design changes

Another small update with a region shot of how Leah is looking at the moment.

It is interesting and uncertain period for Paranor Island with current security issues. Under advice from his security advisor, King Donaill has started regulating the country's state owned media. This serious step has been taken to try and ensure that paramilitary republican groups don't get more time and popularity in the media. When questioned on the matter by foreign newspapers and broadcasters, the government has denied any intervention in the state's media. However almost immediately after the rumours surfaced, changes could be seen in many news outlets.

Here is the second Illian update of the weekend and we go to business district. Here are also some other areas around the IBC I also have some pictures of the Simlympic Park.

Now, the first of (hopefully) a couple of updates this weekend coming from And first up is the Illian Palace Gardens area of the city. This area was once the capital district when the Illia family ruled the country. The family still has a lot of power in the city through their ownership of Illia Corporation. This is also the area I'm bidding to host the 3rd ISC Session with the ISC meeting in the Old Parliament Building.
