    I had hoped it was going to be third time lucky after the Spore and SCS disappointments but at the moment it looks like I will not be buying CitiesXL.

    I have been down the subs route before and it is a path I have no wish to go down again,so it is a no as far as I am concerned.I am not even sure that I will buy the game at the moment.
