Ok, I have SC4 deluxe and every time my city attains a notable population, such as 5000 or anything higher, a message in the message box says how cartographers take note as my city reaches 5000 people, but my city might have 300,000 or something. What is happening and is there a way I could change it? Thanks.

I've been playing around with my Ti-84 plus calculator and online I found a ton of cool games like pac-man and stuff like that. Then I found Sim City for my calc. but unfortunatly the interface and stuff like that is kinda confusing. So I tried some other ones and unfortunatly most of them are like this. But there are some really good games like Megaman. Has anyone else found some good calc. games? BTW, this is where I get most of my games http://www.ticalc.org/archives/files/.

My cousins and i play SOSE, but it kinda got boaring after a while. Has anyone ever heard of Off-world Resource Base or ORB? I think that's a cool game.

Ok, I need some tips for building an extreamly low voltage DC brushed electric motor with a set of supplies im given. Here they are. For the field windings 60' of magnet wire, 10.5 ft of band iron, electrical tape. For the armature 40ft of magnet wire, sheet metal, electrical tape. For the Commutator, copper, brass, steel or another good conducting metal, and super glue. For the Armature brackets a 7.5 in band of iron and finally for the brushes a piece off the field winding wire and a 12 in piece of magnet wire. I really need to good on this. BTW, can someone please delete all those other posts that were accidentally made, my pc froze up and something goofy happened.

I just want to see how many people out there still play those old SC games. I do, but I'm one of those vintage gamers who love to play those classics. And have you ever realized how that once you can get the arcos in SC2K the game just kinda repeats itself over and over again from that point?

I saw a documentary on real life RED incidents. I think it is called spontanious or instantanious combustion, but whatever it is I know it can happen on TS1 and TS2. People literally burst into flames for seemingly no known reason.

Ya, I really agree with Lolek, in atleast 3 years we will hopefully have powerful enough technology to process better games and programs. But I really think EA has become junk, there very little else that I hate more than stupid big-headed cartoons and cheasy graphics and animations. EA is falling out of the sky with SCS and unless they really impress me with Spore and TS3, I am so gone.

First of all, Vandy, I greatly admire your statement. Second of all I would like to discuss the evidence supporting creation. In virutally all aspects of live, evidence for creation exist, from the complexity of even the most basic living organism's DNA, to the complexity of the universe and the stars. First of all, looking at genetics. There are four basic parts to the human genome. Each one can only be linked only to one other. I forget the names of these parts, but for now bear with me. If you had an impossibly small strand of DNA containing only 12 pairs of these parts you could arange them in 8,916,100,448,256 ways, and thats an impossibly small amount of DNA, and to think this just happened? In genes and heredity as each generation passes, no information is added to the organism's genes. Information is only lost, this explains why as time goes on we see new diseases and deformities occuring in not only people, but in all organisms. Such errors in the DNA become more prominent when siblings or cousins produce offspring because of the similarities in the DNA and the errors in it. Sometimes, like in breeding dogs, information is removed to allow other features needed for survival of that organism in that particular habitat. Therefore, information is removed, not added, to make specific features more prominant. This is an example of natural and artificial selection, which many evoulutionists believe is evidence for evolution, which in fact it is not, because it only involves the gradual removal of information, which directly conflicts with evoulution. This is also an example for a young earth, between 6 and 20 thousand years old. This is because at the current rate of genetic decline if our earth were millions of years old most life, including humans would have gone extinct thousands of years ago due to genetic flaws. Second of all, in the universe when a star meets its doom, wether it be through a nova or a supernova, it takes the matter from three dead stars to gain enough mass to create a new star, which would eventually result in the destruction of all stars. Also I believe that we see the light from stars billions of light years away because when God created the universe he put the light there at the moment of creation, after all, God put them there for our enjoyment. I would have to go with the xbox 360. The main reason is that it is cheaper, and I'm also a hard core microsoft fan. I don't like that foregin stuff. Also like Frankie said, it works well with the PC. XBOX 360 RULES! MUHAHAHA!!!
