In a collective effort, we're looking for people with knowledge on Cities: Skylines custom content / modding.
You don't necessarily have to know everything inside out -- that's not to be expected as the game's only a couple of months old! It's really a case of being passionate about custom content / modding, to help maintain resources which will benefit the community.
