Is this game good? How does this game compare to SimCity (2013) or any other similar city - builders? 

Hellken, CXL is a decent city-building game. It has some short-comings but with all those they can be modded and improved. Though it's older than SC2013 by a few years. The simulation doesn't get as deep as SC2013 as far as simulating each, individual sim goes.

It has resources that you can extract and use in your cities and trade with others. The potential development areas in the game's city tiles are margins larger than SC2013. And therefore more varied. Mountains, hills, coastline, rivers and inland lakes. The terrain certainly looks a lot better than SC2013 for sure. 

 

I bought the game for $30 a time after it came out. I play it from time to time still. It's worth a buck and a download.

I couldn't agree more

The game is good but the problems stem from the memory leaks which have never been fixed since its release
