FINALLY,IN THIS UPDATE I COMPLITELY CHANGED THE WATER FRONTS AND THE MARINAS, AND I MADE A NEW LITTLE ISLAND, BUT THE MAJOR MARINAS ARE NOT COMPLYTED YET, THIS WHAT I FINISHED FOR NOW THIS CITY IS A GREEN POWERED PLACE, EACH ISLAND HAVE IT'S OWN SUN POWERE GENERATORS, AND THE MAJOR ISLANDS ARE CONNECTED BY THE GREEN MONORAIL, THERE'S NOT MANY BIG ISLANDS YET, BUT I'M WORKING ON IT,
