Papillion

Papillion lies at the heart of the industrial core of Sim Nation and rests in the foothills on the edge of mountainous coal country. The city's location at the confluence of one of the largest inland rivers led to its establishment as a large center for manufacturing and inland shipping. Although just a moderate sized metropolitan area with just over 1.6 million residents, Papillion punches above its weight with many large-city amenities and a unique cityscape which straddles numerous hills, islands and river valleys.
