About this City Journal

Basically come out from the idea of SC4 being more into sandbox these days. With this journal (which is mutually independent with my other journals) I'll try to make a city out of natural grow and less plop done.

So here is an idea what just come into my mind few days ago. with the time being, I feel like SimCity 4 almost feels like to be turned into a sandbox games (mostly done by my experience of playing this game from 2008). Although I still use the "city grows" and such thing in SimCity 4, but its feel different with how I played SimCity 4 back in 2008-2009 days which is to grow the city from zero and pretty much use all of its functions.
