About this City Journal

New error upon trying to install my Cam. What do I do? Error pops up saying something to do with datpacker exe. I can still install it but the error come up during installation which I can just click past.. Is this normal?  Don't remember it happening before.... & I can't work out how to attach a photo at the minute...
