So here is my layout for my industrial sector, I like this layout for industrial becouse it makes your city very unique. This is my layout for my residential zones. You may notice the empty spaces between the zones, these are there because I have done a lot of thinking for high density. This is a screenshot of some construction I took to symbolize my city moving fowerd.

I would like you to meet Argowells, my newest city in simcity 4. I would say there is a 20% chance of my city epicly failing, but cut me some slack, I've only had this game for seven months. Well anyway all advice along the way will be appreciated.
