The City of Speakersburg is the fastest growing city in the area. The city has seen a huge jump in population from 1,000 to 10,000 in just 10 years. With so much land up for sale and so many developers have been fighting over land (literally). The City decided to let industrial people build two parks ,and leave the rest for nature preserves .
