In 2012 Charlotte,SN is set to become the new capital of the state and possibly the host of the Oceanolympics!!! "With Charlotte being a young city it is the fastest growing city in our region and state" says Mayor Clifford Farmer Population 100,000 Founded in 2000 Founder Clifford C Farmer Basketball (extra venue) Charlotte World Airport (under construction) Swim Arena Downtown and Riverfront Development Suburban Soccer Stadium

A Growing City

In the year 2000 Mayor Clifford was appointed by state legislators to build a massive city that would help the states economy and bring jobs to the region."This will be a city like none other...a planned community" said Mayor Clifford in his daily news conference.In less than one year the city's population went from 0 to 95,000 strong and still growing. In 2012 the state will announce that Charlotte will be the NEW capital. Here is a look at the Growing future capital. More pictures on the way stay...
