My First CJ! Just giving back and trying to gain feedback on how to improve. Small city based off an actual city in GA. Hoping to grow to metropolis stage.

OK here it is. Blue Devil County. It's based off of an actual city in GA and if you are from there you might recognize it now. Hopefully not as much when I'm done. I plan to take this city from the small community it is in real life and make it a huge metropolis while using the outline you see below to accomplish that. I have questions however and I will be posting them along the way.
