Caesar Philip the arab is dead! The Governor of Optimia, Decimus Scipio is now next Caesar, and Optimia became imperial city (along with rome). This give a privilege of starting wars and diplomatic negotiations without permission of the roman senators, and Optimia can have own grand senate (but Optimian senators must allow wars and diplomacy after discussion). As the Scipio said, the empire is starting to invest more to knowledge, healthcare and arts. We will now show another interesting places in Optimia, mainly the Academia Optimiana.

The Academia Optimiana is the largest university in the whole empire, even larger than Alexandrian university. Over 20.000 most prestigious students from whole e,pire are educated there, and it educates most prestigious doctors, professors and scientists. Antonius from Optimia studied there too. Academia is located on the Minerva´s island, named after the goddess of intelligence and war. It has 8 colleges, and big gardens surrounding it too. The lake was modified and upgraded, and now it is only large canal. Island has square shape.

Academy of mathematics is the another famous university in Optimia. It is relatively small, it has only 4 colleges, but the finest scientists and mathematicians are educated there. School has capacity of 1600 students.

The Grand harbor of Optimia is the main shipyard in the whole city. It has capacity of more than 400 ships. It is great trade center too, and the merchants quarter in Optimia too. It consists of 16 piers

And finally some nature... The Volcano of Sykios Optimos is located on the nearby island of Pantrus. It erupted last time in year 32. It was a devastating eruption, and it gave a shape to current gulf of Optimia. It doesn´t look, that the volcano will erupt soon, but the scientist warn, that it could erupt in the 12.th century.
