Nice city! I've been inspired to go for better design as opposed to mere high density.
Where did you find the park and the solar power plant (what are they called)?
And ever since I installed NAM, plopping car ferry terminals has crashed the game. Did you not experience this problem?
Underwater tunnels! Brilliant! I'm guessing you did this by playing with the water table?

Oh, and one more element--the barriers that separate your highway from the residential neighbourhood. I'm guessing those are "parks" but what do I search for?

Great start. I like the forest scenery; great use of trees. And that noise barrier is a great detail. Looking forward to more! 

Thanks everyone...  Sndo... the park is the UCC Centrl Park from the stex, and the solar power was there too. there is a tutorial in the Omnibus for the underwater tunnels too
