bwong: All buildings in this CJ are plopped. It would be too difficult to create city like that with growable buildings. I use Marrast embankments, which can be found on SC4Devotion. Map was created by myself with SC4 Terraformer. Which image do you mean, saying "the first"? This one with rain?

The flood pics are incredible, and make me nostalgic for the older versions of Sim City.  Floods and hurricanes were two of my favorite disasters in SC2K. 

If Sim City 5 would ever be out, I hope it will have floods as a disaster.
