Au Nord Est de Fantah, Montania est une agglomération qui commence à faire parler d'elle, exclu volontairement ou non du Grand Projet d'Etat celle ci entend bien montrer à ces 3 rivales qu'elle est capable de lancer elle aussi de grands travaux.

Le centre ville de Montania ce développe rapidement, la place commence deja à manquer, pour faire face et soutenir les activitées, la ville centre à fiancer cette important programme visant à gagner plusieurs hectares sur les eaux.

A l'entrée de l'agglomération, Tram et avenues forme de nouveaux axes, la ville de demain se construiras autours.
Le projet prévois la construction d'une avenue sur l'axe Nord - Sud, la réalisation d'une ligne de Tramway sur l'axe Ouest - Est ainsi que de nouvelles voiries, parcs, espaces pietons et autres...
