Hi there. Congrats on getting high tech industries to move in. One thing you can do to give your industrial sector some more flavor, is to add some custom high tech pieces to it. There are some excellent pieces for download on the STEX. Also, you may want to consider adding some MT to the area - Rail might be the way to go, considering the fact the industries can also use it, and you could get passenger use out of it as well.
