Our policies pretrain to protect our colonists, our workers, and the New York Federation. These policies range from military issues to the construction of cities. Here are our 10 policies:

1) WE DO NOT TAKE ANY RESPONSIBILITIES FOR THE DEATH OF OUR COLONISTS, WORKERS, AND CONTRACTORS.

Sorry but we do take this very seriously. We do not want to go in a debate regarding a death of a person. If someone does die, it is either by human error, human interference, war, and natural causes.

2) WE DO NOT TAKE ANY POWER IN THE POLITICAL INFRASTRUCTURE OF THE NEW YORK FEDERATION.

That means our colonists or anybody under our control cannot hold governmental office. For example: Mayor, Governor, Representative, ETC.

3) WE DO NOT START WARS WITHOUT NEW YORK FEDERATION APPROVAL

You as an employee of this corporation have no right to engage any type of enemy contact until fired upon. If you do shoot a neutral you will be fired from this company and serve 10 years in jail without the possibility of parole for treason against the New York Federation.

4)WE ARE A COMPANY SO WE CAN MAKE MONEY

That means you cannot give anything for free. We are getting paid to colonize these specific regions. 

5) WE ARE NOT ALLOWED TO SPECIAL BENEFITS TO COLONISTS WHOSE FAMILY IS EMPLOYED IN THE COMPANY.

There is no special type of special benefit given to any non-employee who is not part of this corporation. Employees are given benefits such as lower healthcare prices, lower taxes, and a special bank savings account. 

6)FRAUD AGAINST US OR ANY OTHER COMPANY, ORGANIZATION AND GOVERNMENT ETC. WILL RESULT IN SEVER CONSEQUENCES.

Yes if we do find you doing this........ you will be unfortunately killed or jailed depending on the severity. 

7)PROMOTIONS WILL BE GIVEN OUT DEPENDING ON YOUR WORK ETHIC.

You will not receive any promotion or raise until proper ethic is shown in your work and your attitude. The specialty of your work also comes into play. For example if you are a soldier, you will be promoted regarding your service and stature in battle.

8)RACISM  IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED.

If by any chance you are caught being rude to another race, you will fired from this job. Segregation is not allowed either.

9) PRISONS AND PRISONERS.

If the corporation has received prisoners for minor crimes will be staged in our prison facilities inside the colony. Sever crimes will be sent back to the motherland and the Federation will deal with it.

10) HAVE A GOOD TIME AND EMPLOYMENT IN THIS CORPORATION.
