As the City of Loveland approaches 500,000 people we are out growing some areas. One of these areas is the downtown area. We have plan on placing newer and faster roads in to prevent any problems with traffic. Also, we are moving all the residents out of this area for new office areas and for parks. Another thing is we are moving the city hall since it no longer can provide for our city. Here is a map of what is planed.

WOW I grew up and lived in Loveland my whole life so I will be following this! It is a small world out there!
