This is the 3rd financial district in the city! it is built around an artificial lake
it is home to
-Ubora (Social)
-Angels Creek (clothing)
-Campbell Milthium (computer)
-2 AMD towers (Processors)
Just beside it is one of the many builders village it is where the builders of this "dream" live; they live in the shadows of their constructions
