Again, here it is.
The industries are arriving...
This is the small St. Marie-de-la-Mer :
It's as small as a village, and it holds less than 10,000 habitants, although it's the main Les Cascades city. It has a small industrial park and several farms.
But in a corner building at St. Marie downtown, a meeting is happening.
Les Cascades mayor decided to sell two big empty zones for a group of businessman. And also, an entire district.
Now, the Industries are being built. And workers... coming !
