Looks really good so far. The palm trees scattered around everywhere really give it that LA touch. I love how you have some low density housing outside of your downtown area. Something I would recommend, use one of those traffic controller things or build up your city a lot more to cause there to be a lot of traffic. LA is a traffic nighmare! So if you had big traffic jams all over the place that would also give the city a reality look.

i really like the comprehensive highway network. that is very realistic of LA!
