Peotav Bay

Peotav Bay is Peotav's second largest city, located down the river from the capital. Not situated on a true bay, the city has been the nation's major trading port for nearly 200 years.

The port is key to Peotav's economy. Dependant on Bordav and blocked by land by rivals Balboa and Syldav, shipping is the primary means of trade.

Peotav is by all definitions, a developing country. Rich in natural resources but low in education and industry, it needs Bordav as a market for its goods. However, resources are scares. The port "containerized" in the 1980s only after Bordav footed the bill.

Public infrastructure is not well maintained in Peotav Bay. This neighborhood pettioned for years for a public park, and the best the city could do was place one next to a waste treatment plan. Ew.

A multi-use stadium was built in the 1960s. Primarily used for baseball, other sporting events (mostly soccer and football) and political rallies also frequent the venue.

To the left, we see Slantu Prep School, followed by the public hosp[ital. The hospital's building was built in 1919, and is badly needing repairs after 90 years of use and several earthquakes.

DCMetro34: Thanks so much for the comment. I'm not a custom content nut, but I try and choose my places for some good, unique looks. Glad you like it!

k50dude: I never thought I'd get props for a parking lot. Thanks so much! I think most people make their lots waaaay too small.

Schulmanator: Thanks once more for a kind comment. Looking at that pic now... man, that's one dirty city. Too bad they have no resources to clean up!

I agree with Schulmanator. First pic is really really cool. I like how you're taking those tile-sized shots with your cities. You figured out a way to sneak in that treatment plant too---nice work.
