Port City

A port city located in the Delta Coast region.  Originally established as a port for the Vesparez Desert region, it became the location of one of the regional universities, The Delta Coast University at Port City.  DCUPC is well known for its practice of medicine and is one of the best medical schools in the nation.

Really cool city and an amazing location as well.

The only complaint I have is that airport, I hope the planes aren't landing from downtown...  ha ha
