Eastern Suburbs Part 2
Part 2
Part 2 of the Eastern Suburbs includes three big suburbs which are on the more eastern side of the area, right next to the Airport District and the high tech industries and offices. These three suburbs are Mattwood, Fernley and Berndale.
Mattwood
Mattwood is a central area for businesses in the eastern suburbs. It contains many low density offices as well as some mid-rise office towers. It is surrounded by many medium wealth residences as well as some shops and parks. A few airport motels are also located in this area, as it is an ideal location for them, being close to the airport, but also around a central area for all the visitors needs. Some of the high tech industries in the airport district are also considered to be part of the suburb.

Fernley
Fernley is a suburb full of medium wealth houses. The suburb also contains a few shops as well as some low density offices. There is also an area of low wealth houses as well, located next to the high tech industries. The Eastern Suburbs-City Bypass Tunnel also starts in this district, and comes out in Greenwood, in the CBD. Civic services are also located in this area, around the corner of Stanworth and Chanley suburbs.

Berndale
Berndale is a suburb with low wealth and medium wealth residences. Down the middle of the suburb is Penny Road, with a section of medium density low wealth residences, wall to wall down the road and neighbouring streets. It is the main British district of the city. There are also some shops, offices and parks located within the suburb as well.
