 Downtown St. Cloud is very crowded, thats why the newer buildings are forced to grow up taller and not wider...

The new much larger building has been built at the intersection... it was made to fit in with the original downtown look (w2w)

But even with the newer larger building downtown still must expand, as shown here, newer looking buildings then original downtown.

Your city is looking nice! Very small town feel with it. Maybe you could develop the area near the mall to the south, or create some new non-grid suburbs. Otherwise, everything is looking good! Especially downtown!
