Buchanan Teacher's College is built at the end of Malvern Hill Street.

Septimus Calderon purchases land near the Teacher's College and Blackstone Farm, building Calderon Farm.

Patrick Tinney (NPC) builds a farm on the eastern shore of the Eel River.

Graham Mine opens in the mountains south of Buchanan near Anderson's Grant.

Kelly Parsons purchases land between Anderson's Grant and Graham Mine and moves his family onto the land, naming it Parsons Forest.
