Jacksonport is a town in Door County.
Trivia:
At what is now Jacksonport was once a Potawatomi village called Medemoya-Seebe, or "old woman's creek".
Kaukauna
Population: 15462
Kaukauna is a city in Outagamie and Calumet counties.
Trivia:
Kaukauna cheese, once made in the city, is now manufactured by the Bel/Kaukauna corporation in the neighboring village of Little Chute.
Keshena
Population: 1262
Keshena is a census-designated place in and the county seat of Menominee County.
Trivia:
Keshena was named for an Indian chief, the Menominee name is Kesiqnaeh which means "Swift Flying".
Kewaunee
Population: 2858
Kewaunee is a city in Kewaunee County.
Trivia:
The Kewaunee Nuclear Generating Station is in Carlton in Kewaunee County. The Kewaunee Power Station was decommissioned on May 7th, 2013.
Lakewood
Population: 875
Lakewood is a town in Oconto County.
Trivia:
In March, 1952, three children disappeared during a late spring snow storm. A two-day search for them involved 1,000 people. Mary Ann Church, age 4, was the only one of the children who survived. The other children were found frozen to death in a nearby outbuilding in the Gillet Lake area.
