The Martian Captial...Hellos
Lets take a look at our steam vents first. These give off a strange smell (Well you'll be in a "oxygen suit" so you won't be smelling anything unless you're in a airlock.) which drives out those pesky low class citzens and brightens up the local neighborhood.

At the famous Martian Cities United or the M.C.U. has the most deluxe suites and spas in the entire region!, but that just houses the first few floors. Then the upper levels are just skylobbies, offices, and meeting rooms.
At a normal in-closed roof party. Many party go-ers go here to meet dates, friends, and have a some rounds while partying to the beat. In addition to parties, most roof parties usually have "light flares" since the disco squares travel though the glass.
