Today, we'll be taking a look at ten of the world's most awe-inspiring, incredible, and iconic natural wonders. You'll get to take an extended look at some of these truly extraordinary landscapes with new custom made terrain mods, BATs, FSHs, lot textures, MMPs, and more used throughout the entry - and I'll be trying to showcasing some of the globe's most iconic natural wonders that have kept humanity in awe for eons as authentically and realistically as possible.

1. Ngorongoro Crater, Tanzania

Our list begins with the breathtaking Ngorongoro Crater - located in a beautiful setting in northern Tanzania, it's one of the best places to see the Big Five. The Ngorongoro Crater and surrounding highlands together form one of the world's most beautiful regions, with volcanic craters forming stunning backdrops to some of the most fertile and richest grazing grounds in the region. The most famous such crater is without question Ngorongoro - the world’s largest intact volcanic caldera and justifiably one of the continent's most famous safari destinations.

2. Mount Everest, Nepal/China

Next up is the imposing Mount Everest - Earth's highest mountain above sea level. Located in the Mahalangur Himal sub-range of the Himalayas, the China–Nepal border runs across its summit point at 29,029 feet. First climbed in 1953 by Sir Edmund Hillary and Tenzing Norgay, it's attracted adventurous climbers from across the world ever since.

3. Lake Baikal, Russia

Lake Baikal is an ancient, massive lake in the mountainous Russian region of Siberia, north of the Mongolian border. Considered the deepest lake in the world, it’s
circled by a network of hiking paths called the Great Baikal Trail. The village of Listvyanka, on its western shoreline, is a popular starting point for summertime wildlife-spotting tours, plus wintertime ice-skating and dog sledding.

5. Uluru, Australia

Uluru, or Ayers Rock, is a massive sandstone monolith in the heart of the Northern Territory’s arid "Red Centre". Sacred to indigenous Australians, it is thought to have started forming around 550 million years ago - and eventually became the world's largest single rock monolith. For decades, countless tourists flocked to Uluru and climbed it to the top for some magnificent views of the surrounding Australian outback - but in October 2019 the activity was finally barred after a renewed push to respect the culture of the native Aborigines - Uluru is one of their most sacred sites. This natural landmark is truly a one of a kind natural wonder - and it's iconic silhouette is one of Australia's most famous symbols and landmarks.

6. The Everglades, United States

Everglades National Park is a 1.5-million-acre wetlands preserve on the southern tip of the U.S. state of Florida. Often compared to a grassy, slow-moving river, The Everglades is made up of coastal mangroves, sawgrass marshes and pine flatwoods that are home to hundreds of animal species. Among the Everglades' abundant wildlife are the endangered leatherback turtle, Florida panther and West Indian manatee. It's truly one of the world's most amazing wetland ecosystems.

It's also well known for it's scorching temperatures and distinctive rocky landscapes.

The reef is located in the Coral Sea, off the coast of Queensland, Australia - it can take a while to reach some of it's most remote destinations, but any trip here is one you won't regret.

Heading the list is none other than the iconic Grand Canyon. Located in Grand Canyon National Park, Arizona - it's well known for its layered bands of red rock revealing millions of years of geological history. To take in this truly extraordinary natural wonder - be sure to stop at one of the many famed viewpoints like Mather Point, Yavapai Observation Station, or Lipan Point - with wide views of the canyon and Colorado River, they're especially popular at sunrise and sunset. It's a view you'll remember for a lifetime.
