Bruce is a village in Rusk County.

Trivia:

It was named for Alanson C. Bruce who operated a logging camp in the area.

Cadott
Population: 1437

Cadott is a village in Chippewa County.

Trivia:

Cadott has the distinction of being geographically equidistant from the Equator and North Pole. Billboards on Hwy. 27 between Cadott and Cornell offer tourists the opportunity to be photographed by the unusual signs.

Cameron  
Population: 1783

Cameron is a village in Barron County.

Trivia:

The village was named for Angus Cameron, a United States Senator from Wisconsin.

Chetek  
Population: 2221

Chetek is a city in Barron County.

Trivia:

The original inhabitants of the area were the Ojibwa Indians, who referred to the area as zhede, meaning pelican.

Chippewa Falls  
Population: 13661

Chippewa Falls is a city located on the Chippewa River in Chippewa County.

Trivia:

Chippewa Falls is the birthplace of Seymour Cray, known as the "father of supercomputing", and the headquarters for the original Cray Research.
