Millerville Road Upgrades
Hello! 
In the last update, we left off in Millervile and the proposed new river crossing there. That project is now complete!
This is the "proposed" route of the new Reed Highway Bridge over the Williamson River.
Sight work and ground breaking have begun on the north end of the project.
Ground breaking has also begun on the south end of the project in Allenton.
It includes a bypass of Allenton, and an overpass over the train tracks to help with congestion.
This is Phase I of a larger highway building program to connect Davenport to the south with Claxton Metro (I-40 in Millerville). Davenport is a medium sized community on the southern coast line of New Humbolt. Regional growth should connect these two cities.
Work progresses on the new intersection with Foster Blvd.
