I love the color and vibrancy you achieved in this city, I keep coming back to look at it often

I was wondering if you could tell me where the bright green tall palm trees are from, also the light concrete colored townhouses and that very cool looking set of apartment buildings - 4 of them in the development.  All are in pic 4 above.

Here is a link for the townhomes you referenced. From my experience, they do seem to pop up quite frequently.

As for the trees, I originally thought those came default with the game. To be honest, I looked through my folders for the specific sidewalk mod which adds trees, but I've downloaded so many sidewalk mods over the past few years and I've lost track of a few of them... if run across it, I'll let you know.
