In an unforseen plan by the mayor, the Helipad will be demolished in order to keep expenses down. Mayor keeps telling us to stay calm and such, but we don't know what he's on about.

-Jack Nuciano, aged 19, wanted for Assault with a Deadly Weapon, arrested and charged by Yubi Nuciano, aged 23.
