Nicely done! You have a well-balanced and realistic city going. It has noticeable business districts and neighborhoods, which I like quite a lot. Also, your use of elevated rail is interesting, albeit a touch unrealistic. Still though, good job.

 

One minor suggestion though: If you go into your U-Drive-It menu and turn off the mission symbols (the blue vehicle symbols that launch you into missions), it improves your CJ pictures quite a bit.
