The City of Noel was one of these CJs that, if stayed around longer in the Section, it would have become a legend on par to the ones we know nowadays. It had a couple of flaws at its beginning, but we all improve our CJing via exercising it; and this one had a lot of potential. It was such an elegantly-crafted, detailed CJ.

Very nice of you, Ben, to post a link to the winning update. This way the newer folks can discover that hidden gem buried on the CJ section catacombs.

Wow, I would never have found that CJ... only 6 entries... usually the quick burnouts aren't quite as polished as Noel.  To bad it was short lived.

Hi, SimCoug. I, too, had never heard of this one - and I agree - such a pity it was short-lived.

Hi, TekindusT. Definitely. Some neat buildings used that I haven't seen very often, and in a way that makes you think they couldn't be placed anywhere else.

Hi, Ln X. Yes, a lot of great details, which is unusual for such a short CJ.
