This was the era I was still popping into the CJing world, and I remember almost all these CJs as amazing pieces of art from guys with SC4 skills way beyond mine. Such a nice era...

I agree that some city journals are really pure art - and many of them are only lightly, or not at all, photoshopped. It is amazing what the various mods have allowed the game to become.
