Ben's Top Ten for the CJ section started in December 2010, however the CJ section itself started in March of 2009.

2013 is the 10th anniversary of the release of SimCity4 (and Simtropolis celebrated its 10th anniversary at the end of 2012), so I wanted to do something to celebrate. The formula I use for BTT is robust and can be applied retroactively (as long as entries aren't deleted, of course).

So today I present the very first BTT for the new CJ section!
