Amazing images and a well-planed city layout!
How the hell did you manage to build a road under your highway? And where are those embankments from? And what about these soft-banked ponds? And... man, great work! :-)

As always I'd like to thank all who viewed, voted and commented! Hopefully I'll be able to release a new chapter a little sooner than I did this one...

[b]standop[/b] & [b]urbanconstanta[/b]: The road under highway bridge was a little tricky. Hopefully you'll be able to figure it out with this [url="http://www.simtropolis.com/omnibus/_/simcity-4/tutorials/tutorial-how-to-build-a-land-bridge-r90"]tutorial[/url] and [url="http://klex.blog85.fc2.com/blog-entry-14.html"]plugin[/url].

The ponds were created using [url="http://sc4devotion.com/csxlex/lex_filedesc.php?lotGET=2091"]Diggis Ponds[/url]. I'd suggest downloading the dependencies and extra add-ons as well.

You won't find the park anywhere but you can try recreating it or creating your own with [url="http://community.simtropolis.com/files/file/26923-paengs-parks-revisited/"]Paeng's Parks Revisited[/url].

Unfortunately I don't remember where I found the embankment walls but I've seen a few similar sets before, so with a little digging I'm sure you could find something.
