found out that build all lots will lock the game and don't have the time to wait around for it to run completely. still have to see if i can figure out how to plop the custom residentials, just to see what they look like and the paris - halles baltard mansion is a cardboard box. will have to debug it somehow. have all the dependencies unless i need to run cleanitol to see if that will resolve it.

couldn't get the paris mansion to work so i took it out but have plenty of others i can plop. also found out that most of my flora plops will not work on tiles that have railroads. at least not the angled ones anyway. they work on other lots so i can customize like i want. hope i can put them on the highways. would like to see blue bonnets along the highways and if not, i might have to use the NAM highways to create a median so i can put the flowers in between the highways.
