finally found a good image to make a map for dallas county. have a rough idea for the back story for my first city. will wing it as i go along. had to smooth out the divots when SC4 rendered the map and any that i haven't fixed in SC4T can be remedied in-game. also some of the ploppable lots i have downloaded don't do what they have advertised but will keep them in the plugin's folder for now if the creators ever update the files.

the sheer number of buildings and vehicles is overwhelming, not to mention the dependencies but will be worth it in the end.
