Here is the Marginal Heights Neighbourhood. It sits at the foot of Marginal Way and is adjacent to Mariner's Avenue. Mariner's Avenue is the set of 3-lane one-ways with the park median. In addition, it divides the area address-wise. In this shot, it is running east-west.
