#8 Oceantown
As promised yesterday, I'll show Oceantown today. I have been quite busy building a nice business district today and I hope you like what it's become. Oceantown is supposed to become the suburbs of the island metropolis to be built.
As you can see, Oceantown is built on several peninsulars and islands. The largest is called Mestina. The smaller one is Ameba and the smallest is the Ocean Harbor. The small patch of land between Mestina and Ameba is a small part of Foresia.
Let's take a look at the Ocean Harbor. With industry booming in Foresia, the Chutao government decided that another port must be built. Their eye caught the little island off the coast of Ameba. It was decided that this island would house a large port and that the rest of the island would be industrial land. The island is connected to Ameba via road and rail.
Ameba was the first island to be populated. A few patches of commercial strips provided jobs and stopped Oceantowners from having to go to Foresia for their supplies. Nothing really exciting actually.
Outrfinal stop: Mestina. This will be the heart of Oceantown. It offers offices, shops, schools, a college a museum, a hospital, a large library, fire department, police station etc etc. But best of all: Feld Park. A nice open spaceous park to relax. And of course the Ocean Lake Marina. The body of water in the almost surrounded by Mestina is often referred to as Ocean Lake.
