Not bad, but you really need a slope mod and a water mod to replace that hideous Maxis water.

this is really cool. I agree with riiga in that you should get a water mod. sea walls would be a good idea too, but it's a little too late for that now unless you want to demolish a lot of the buildings on your waterfront.
